📦 Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization—please check the product page for details.

🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

❗ Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• For any issues with damaged or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• To start a return, email us at Verify@mallnx.com with your order number and reason for return.

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
