MallNX affiliate terms
Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern how a MallNX user opens affiliate access, promotes MallNX, earns commission, and requests payout. By enabling affiliate access, the user agrees to these terms.
1. Account and identity
- Affiliate access is opened on top of the same MallNX account used for shopping, checkout, orders, and after-sales.
- Each user may hold one affiliate identity unless MallNX explicitly approves another structure.
- MallNX may review, pause, or block affiliate access if account information is false, incomplete, or risky.
2. Acceptable promotion conduct
- Affiliates may promote MallNX using their approved referral link or QR code.
- Affiliates must not spam, impersonate MallNX, misuse trademarks, publish misleading claims, or use illegal traffic sources.
- Self-referral, fraudulent orders, coupon abuse, or traffic manipulation may lead to commission cancellation, account pause, or permanent removal.
3. Commission qualification
- A commission is not final just because an order was attributed.
- Commissions only become eligible after MallNX completion and cooling-window rules are satisfied.
- Refunds, partial refunds, returns, appeals, risk flags, or other disqualifying events can reduce, cancel, or block commissions.
4. Withdrawal and payout
- Withdrawal availability depends on current requestable-balance truth, withdrawal-readiness truth, and payout-safe truth inside MallNX.
- MallNX may require valid PayPal recipient details and may hold or reject a withdrawal if details are incomplete or risky.
- MallNX remains responsible for internal approval, and PayPal recipient eligibility rules still apply to the final payout flow.
5. Program control and changes
- MallNX may audit traffic, commissions, withdrawals, or payout requests at any time.
- MallNX may amend these terms, the commission rules, or payout policies as the program evolves.
- Continued affiliate use after updates means the affiliate accepts the updated program terms.
