Returns

As long as the products don’t have man-made damage,we can do the refund for you for any reason in 30 days after you receiving the products.But you need to pay express fee.Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receiving the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return for Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please feel free to contact us Spport@mallnx.com, we are glad to help.

We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following two situations.

1. Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).

2. Choose the return method for cash on delivery.

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product.The exchange time may vary depending on where you live.If you are shipping an item over $75, you’d better choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not refund you if we can not receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How MallNX decides the return path

MallNX uses the product return option shown at checkout, then guides eligible requests to the right account support step or support review.

  • Some products may show their own return option.
  • Partial refund amounts apply to the product amount only.
  • Items without standard returns can still be reviewed when there is a service issue.
  • Approved returns include the address and instructions in the case response.

No standard returns

Some items are not eligible for the standard return flow. If there is a service issue, buyers may still contact support for review.

Keep item and receive a partial refund

Approved cases may keep the item and receive up to 70% back on the product amount only.

Return for refund after inspection

Refunds are completed after the approved item is returned to the designated address and inspection is complete.

Service timeline

When service requests are available

This is the customer service timeline currently used for MallNX orders.

1. Delivered status opens service access

Once tracking shows delivered, buyers can begin an after-sales request immediately from their account order details.

2. Completion starts the countdown

If no service request is opened, delivered orders may complete automatically after 7 days. After completion, the return or refund request window remains open for 7 more days.

3. Support review handles exceptions

Products without standard returns can still be reviewed when there is a delivery, quality, or order issue. Approved reviews move into the appropriate refund or return path.
